Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

In case of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Monge Supply INC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
